ADMISSIONS PROCESS

Campus Tour

The Admission Office begins hosting tours in September in preparation for taking applications for the following school year. Our admissions process begins with a tour of the school. Call the school office to schedule an appointment.

Application Submission

Prospective families are given an application packet for admission during their tour. There is a $220 application fee (which includes a $120, non-refundable, assessment fee + a $100 tuition deposit) required with each private pay application. This fee is waived for those families who are applying through the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program (MPCP).

Assessment

Student interactions (K4) and assessments (K5-12) are conducted for all incoming students. Once a completed application (with the accompanying fee and required student documents) is submitted, the student will be scheduled to complete our academic assessments.

You will be contacted by the Admissions Office to schedule your student’s assessment/interaction.

Admissions Timeline

The entire admissions process can take up to 3-4 weeks to complete. Families are strongly encouraged to apply early beginning in November. Returning students have first preference for the upcoming school year. Returning choice students must submit their verification documents to DPI during the first open application period to guarantee their seat. Generally, new students are not enrolled once the school year has begun.
