Next Generation Leaders Scholarship

Are you ready to step into a world where you can truly be yourself?

What if your unique interests could be the key to earning a scholarship at one of Wisconsin’s top Christian high schools?

Eastbrook Academy High School is pleased to announce the launch of the Next Generation Leaders Scholarship, designed to identify students who are up to the challenge of becoming the next generation of Eastbrook Academy Warriors. We are on the lookout for current 4th to 10th graders who are eager to explore their passions, develop their talents, and grow into leaders.

Who is Eligible?
The Next Generation Leaders Scholarship is open to students who began 4th through 10th grade in the Fall of 2024, and who do not currently attend Eastbrook Academy (EBA) but wish to join the EBA community. We want to recognize students who can explain how activities outside of school have been important to their personal growth. This includes a diverse set of formative experiences and interests, such as:

  • Extracurricular Activities (sports, clubs, outdoor adventures)
  • Acts of Service or Christian Ministry
  • Cultural Heritage or Global Experiences
  • STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math) Out-of-Class Activities

Additional Requirements:

  • Academic Performance: Students must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 (B average) and demonstrate academic abilities at or above grade level.
  • Behavioral Standards: Students must have consistently shown positive behavior, with no major disciplinary infractions during the current school year. We are seeking students who have a track record of encouraging behavior towards others.
  • Desire to learn in a rigorous, Christian school environment.  Applicants will be students who intend to apply for and enroll in Eastbrook Academy High School for the 2025-26 school year.

Why Apply for This Scholarship?
The program offers awards ranging from $200 to $1,500 for students who attend Eastbrook Academy beginning in Fall of 2025.  EBA is one of Wisconsin’s top Christian schools, recognized for academic excellence and a diverse community.

How are the Scholarship Recipients Selected?
The Next Generation Leaders Scholarship is a merit-based award, meaning it looks at a student’s achievements and talents rather than their family’s financial situation. While a certain level of academic success is a prerequisite to applying, we want to recognize achievements that go beyond academic performance. This scholarship highlights students whose talents, character, and leadership stand out. It reflects Eastbrook Academy’s commitment to developing well-rounded individuals—those who embrace different experiences, pursue unique passions, and positively impact their community.

Eastbrook Academy’s Financial Aid Committee will evaluate submissions based on five key components:

  • Focus and Content
  • Organization and Structure
  • Voice and Style
  • Mechanics and Conventions
  • Alignment with Eastbrook Academy’s Mission and Values

How to Apply:

Create a submission that shares the story of how one formative experience has helped make you “uniquely you.”

  • How did this experience impact you?
  • How might it prepare you to have an impact in the world?

You may select the method of submission that works best for you.  Please limit it to under 500 words or 5 minutes in length.  Select from:

  • Personal essay
  • Digital Video
  • Digital Audio Recording

NOTE: Submissions are evaluated based on your grade level. We expect you to put effort into your submission, but we don’t expect it to be perfect; we want to hear what you have to say in your own “voice.”
