Eastbrook academy admissions calendar 24'-25' school year
Enrollment at EBA depends on both academic acceptance and a Choice seat or Tuition Plan. EBA’s Review Committee evaluates all incoming students’ admissions checklists to determine if the school’s criteria for enrollment has been met.
September 9, 2024: EBA’s Admissions Application/Checklist is Open for the 2025-26 School Year
October 5, 2024: High School Open House 10:00 am-Noon for current Middle and High School students
November 10, 2024: All School Open House 12:45 pm-3:00 pm for K4-11th grades
November 29, 2024: High School Early Decision Application/Checklist Deadline
December 2024: High School Early Decision Assessments
December 31, 2024: High School Early Admission Decisions communicated to families
February 3-20, 2025: Milwaukee Parental Choice Program (MPCP) Application Period (City of Milwaukee Residents Only)
February 3-April 17, 2025: Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP) Application Period (Non-Milwaukee Residents Only)
Early March, 2025: MPCP Applicants begin to receive notification of lottery results via the email address used on the Choice application
March 31, 2025: EBA’s Admissions Application/Checklist Deadline
April/May, 2025: Assessments by invitation to determine grade placement
April/May, 2025: Notification of placement communicated to families
May 2, 2025: Tuition Assistance Applications Due
