Eastbrook Academy has an Admissions Process distinct from the Private School Choice Program: Student Application.
Our Admissions Process begins with an understanding of our Academic Criteria.
Academic Criteria required to be considered for Admission is:
- Applicants should be able to demonstrate academic abilities at/or above grade level
- Applicants should have the equivalent of 3.0 (B average) or higher
- Applicants should NOT have significant behavior history OR school suspension on record
- Applicant should have the desire to learn in a Christian school environment
Once an inquiry is submitted, all candidates must complete an Admissions Checklist.
Admissions Checklist requires the following documents to be submitted:
- Complete the online application
- Upload a birth certificate and immunization records (For K4, K5, and 1st grade, the student must be turning 4, 5, and 6 respectively by September 1st)
- Upload last year’s final Report Card (from the 2024-2025 school year)
- Upload the most current Report Card (from the 2025-2026 school year)
- Upload the most current Standardized Test Scores
- Download the Teacher Recommendation Form and email to a current teacher
The entire application process can take up to 3 weeks. Apply early, as applications are considered on a space available basis.
A final grade placement assessment may be required after all documents have been uploaded and reviewed.
K4 Half Day option available. Half Day hours (and participation) are determined by the school.
