VOLUNTEER
Thank you for your willingness to volunteer at Eastbrook Academy! Our school relies on volunteers like you to keep us strong and vibrant. Our ongoing roster of needs includes: game day volunteers (concession stand, scoreboard operator), tutors/classroom helpers, and lunch room monitors.
In an effort to ensure our children’s safety, every action is taken to verify the reputation of all volunteers. Please fill out the Volunteer Application, being sure to read, mark, and sign off on all aspects contained.
Return all forms to the school office in a sealed envelope marked, Attention-Danyell Chupp.
