Applying to EBA
Tuition and Financial Aid
Orientation & Tour
The admission office begins taking applications in November for the following school year. Our admissions process begins with an orientation and or tour of the school. Call the school office to schedule an appointment for a tour. See Visiting EBA.
The Application Submission
Prospective families are given an application packet for admission during their tour. There is a $200 enrollment fee (which includes a $100, non-refundable, assessment fee + the $100 tuition deposit) required with each private pay application. This fee is waived for those families who are applying through the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program (MPCP).
For more information on the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program (MPCP) check the Department of Public Instruction MPCP Homepage website.
Click on this link to complete your Choice Application.
Student interactions (K4) and assessements (K5-12) are conducted for all incoming students. Once a completed application with the enrollment fee, or a choice applicatant has been chosen to occupy a vacant seat, the student must complete our academic assessment.
K4 interactions/assessments are scheduled in small groups with the K-4 teachers. All K5 through 4th grade assessments are conducted one on one with the grade level lead teacher.
All middle school and high school students participate in a group test on a predetermined date. All participants must be pre-registered.
You will be contacted by the Admissions Office to schedule your student's assessment/interaction.
The entire admissions process can take up to 3-4 weeks to complete. Families are strongly encouraged to apply early beginning in November. Returning students have first preference for the upcoming school year. Returning choice students must submit their new applications during the first open applicaton period to guarantee their seat. Generally, new students are not enrolled once the school year has begun.
